They expect a $4.4 billion budget short fall. Meanwhile they are also
considering spending $30 million over the next two years on the CRC.
State legislators need to know that we should not fund any part of a
12-lane CRC--a project that will create more traffic, induce sprawl,
and harm the health of the environment and communities around the
bridge.
